  1. Introduction
    1. Welcome to Nusacrew. By engaging our services, you (“Client”) agree to be bound by the following Terms and Conditions. These terms govern the relationship between Nusacrew (“we,” “our,” or “us”) and the Client.
  2. Services Provided
    1. Nusacrew provides staffing, recruitment, and remote team management services.
    2. We are responsible for sourcing, vetting, and managing employees assigned to the Client.
    3. Unless otherwise agreed in writing, employees are contracted through Nusacrew, not directly with the Client.
  3. Fees & Payment
    1. All fees, including recruitment costs, management fees, and employee remuneration, are invoiced by Nusacrew.
    2. Payment terms are [e.g., 14 days net] from the invoice date.
    3. Late payments may result in service suspension until payment is received.
  4. Client Responsibilities
    1. Provide accurate job descriptions, requirements, and timely feedback during recruitment.
    2. Maintain a safe, respectful, and professional working environment for assigned employees.
    3. Comply with applicable labor laws in the jurisdiction where the services are utilized.
  5. Confidentiality
    1. Both parties agree to maintain the confidentiality of all sensitive business, employee, or operational information shared during the engagement.
    2. Confidentiality obligations survive the termination of this agreement.
  6. Intellectual Property
    1. All work products created by employees assigned to the Client shall be considered the Client’s intellectual property, unless otherwise agreed in writing.
  7. Term & Termination
    1. The agreement remains valid for the duration of the contract term.
    2. Either party may terminate with [e.g., 30 days’ written notice].
    3. Immediate termination may occur if either party breaches these Terms.
  8. Liability
    1. Nusacrew will exercise due diligence in recruitment and management but is not liable for indirect losses, damages, or business interruptions arising from the engagement.

  9. Governing Law
